Spelt Pita

SHILOH FARMS Spelt Pitas are hearth baked with the wonderful old-world texture and taste. The "pocket" in pita bread is created by steam, which puffs up the dough. As the bread cools and flattens, a pocket is left in the middle. When removed from the oven, the layers of baked dough remain separated inside the deflated pita, which allows the bread to be opened into pockets, creating a space for use in various dishes. People fill the pockets with various ingredients to form a sandwich.

Suggestions:
1. Split and fill the pita bread pockets with your favorite salads, hummus, avocado or sprouts.
2. Use pita pockets for fresh berries and whipped cream cheese desserts or treats.
3. Even Vegetables and meat dishes are great in the pita pockets.
4. Try you favorite egg omelet in a pita pocket.

To Use:
Keep Frozen until ready to use, then allow to thaw at room temperature. Heat in a warm oven to enhance the flavor.

The SHILOH FARMS Breads are stored frozen in our facility until they are ready to ship. The breads will leave our warehouse frozen and will arrive to the customer thawed. We recommend that customer refreeze the bread upon delivery and keep it frozen until it is ready to use. Customer must use FedEx to ship bread orders:

• Customers within our 2-day delivery area (marked in pink and blue on map below), you may select to you have your bread shipped FedEx Ground Home Delivery.
  
  
• If you are outside of our two-day delivery area, we recommend that select FedEx 2 Day shipping for your bread to arrive in the best condition possible.
