Lima Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
2 medium onions
2 1/2 c. cooked Shiloh Farms Organic Baby Lima Beans
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
5 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. salt, pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º. Saute onion in butter until soft.
2. Add mushrooms and soup. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix lima beans with salt, pepper, and dill. Let stand for 10 minutes.
4. Mix seasoned beans into mushroom mixture. Transfer into large casserole dish.
5. Pour cream over top, sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
