Grown in New York state on American hardwoods using regenerative farming techniques, these mushrooms are packed with umami flavor and contain more nutrients than the common varieties like buttons and portabellas. There is no need to clean our mushrooms, simply rehydrate* and add to your favorite dish!
To Rehydrate*: Place dried mushrooms in boiling water, cover and soak for about 20 minutes until the caps are tender. Remove the stems and start your recipe.

i love these for my morning MISO soup. soak for 5 minutes then cook in the soup with wakame. later add chopped scallions. delicious and healthy. I only wish that the shipping would be dependent on the location and not just one flat shipping rate for closer and further locations. That would help alot for those of us who do not need to order 80 dollars worth of groceries.
