Cooking Directions: Slowly whisk in 1 cup of sprouted corn grits into 4 ½ cups of boiling water. Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until grits thicken. Reduce
heat to low and let grits continue to cook about 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste and serve.
