Suggestions:
1. Sprinkle chia seeds over yogurt, cereal, or smoothies.
2. Use to thicken sauces, jams, or spreads.
3. Make a chia gel and replace up to ½ the oil in baked goods such as muffins and pancakes.
4. Replace up to ½ the water in yeast breads with chia gel.
5. Make chia pudding by combining chia seeds with milk (about 1:4 ratio) and sweetener and refrigerating overnight; top with fruit for an easy & healthy breakfast.

These seeds have been sprouted, dried and sanitized at low temperatures (65-110°) to maintain enzymes, vitamins and minerals. As such, PURELIVING Sprouted Chia Seeds are considered a raw product.
Packaged as part of a naturally gluten free rotation in a facility that also handles wheat, sesame, soy, & tree nuts. The equipment and surrounding areas are carefully cleaned between rotations, as well as tested to 20 ppm before the naturally gluten free rotation begins. However, Shiloh Farms is not testing or certifying any product as gluten free. Please use your own discretion in determining whether this product is safe for your consumption.
