1 cup Shiloh Farms Rolled oats
1 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup Sautéed finely chopped Onions
1 cup Finely chopped Shiloh Farms Walnuts
1/4 cup Soybean flour or your choice of flour
2 Tbsp. Cashew Nut butter
Salt and/or sage to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and add just enough hot water to hold mixture together. Brown in oiled skillet on both sides. Serve in buns or with gravy. Add your favorite toppings.
