Spicy Applesauce Cake

1 cup Shiloh Farms Teff Flour
1 cup whole-Wheat Pastry Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Allspice
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Honey
1 Egg, lightly beaten

Directions:   Preheat Oven to 350 F
Combine all dry ingredients.  In a separate bowl, mix the applesauce, oil, honey and egg. Combine the two mixtures and pour into an oiled 9-inch square cake pan. Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
