Ingredients:
6 cups cooked Shiloh Farms Garbanzo Beans
2 cups cooked Shiloh Farms Brown Rice
3 cups cooked Shiloh Farms Bulgur Wheat
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 medium Green Pepper, chopped
1 medium Red Pepper, chopped
1 hot Chile Pepper, chopped
1 large Onion, chopped
1 large Garlic clove, minced
4 cups of chopped Tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
1 tsp. sea Salt
Directions:
Saute peppers,onion and garlic about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley, and salt and mix. Simmer uncovered over low heat for about 30 minutes until sauce is reduced to a thick, pulpy mixture. Stir cooked beans into sauce and cook until heated through. Mix grains together and use as a bed for the beans and their sauce. Yield about 6 generous servings.
