Quinoa Flake Cookies
Yields 2 dozen cookies
Ingredients:
1 large organic egg
2 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 C. SHILOH FARMS Maple Sugar
3/4 C. SHILOH FARMS Sprouted Spring Wheat Flour
3/4 C. SHILOH FARMS Quinoa Flakes
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. SHILOH FARMS Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In a large bowl, slightly beat egg then mix in water and melted butter
3. In a separate bowl, combine maple sugar, flour, quinoa flakes, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to egg mixture and stir until well blended
4. Drop rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet; bake in preheated oven 8-10 minutes or until light brown
5. Remove cookies to wire rack and cool
