Double Pear Crisp

6oz. SHILOH FARMS DRIED PEARS
1 cup bottled Pear juice
4 or 5 fresh Pears, diced
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
2 cups Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

Directions:       Preheat oven to 375°F.

Chop dried pears in about 1/2 inch pieces to make 1 cup.  Add dried pear pieces to pear juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender (for about 10 minutes).

Core and chop fresh pears into bite sized pieces.  Place in an 8-inch square baking dish. Melt butter; remove from heat and mix with date sugar, oats, and spices. 

Pour dried pear mixture over fresh pears and top with oat mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes.
