Blend together:
3/4 cup Butter. softened
1 cup Honey
1/3 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
Mix in above mixture:
4 1/2 cups Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
1 cup Shiloh Farms Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea Salt
Stir In:
1 cup Shiloh Farms shelled Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Shiloh Farms chopped Dried Fruits or Nuts
Directions: Preheat oven to 325° F.
Lightly oil a 9 X 13 pan. Blend together the butter and sweeteners, then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Stir in the dried fruit and nuts. Lightly press mixture into pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely and then cut into bars.
