2 cups cooked Shiloh Farms BLACK SOYBEANS
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
2/3 cup chopped Onion
1 cup Tomato sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Wheat flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup grated Cheese
Directions:
In a skillet, Saute onion in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add cooked soybeans and other ingredients up to and including chili powder. Meanwhile, mix corn meal, flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in softened butter. Add milk and egg. Spread in greased 9-inch pie pan. Fill with soybean mixture. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over pie and bake 10 more min. Serves 5.
