4 large Apples or Pears
½ tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Apple or Pear juice
1.5 cups of Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
½ cup Shiloh Farms Teff Flour
¼ cup Rice or Maple syrup
¼ cup Oil
½ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thinly slice apples or pears and layer them in a baking dish. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and salt. Cover with juice. Mix oats, flour, cinnamon and salt; then mix in the syrup and oil to make a crumble mixture. Spread the mixture on top of the sliced fruit. Bake about 30 minutes for the apples and about 45 minutes for the pears, or until crisp and the fruit is soft. Serve and Enjoy!
