ONLINE POLICIES
PURCHASE POLICY:
SALES: Once shipped, all SHILOH FARMS Online orders are considered final.
FOOD SAFETY: For the safety of all SHILOH FARMS customers, we do not resell returned food items, regardless of condition.
PRODUCT INGREDIENTS: Ingredients for all foods sold on SHILOH FARMS Online are listed on each product page. SHILOH FARMS endeavors to provide as much information to its customers as possible, including information pertaining to ingredients, certifications, sourcing, allergens, etc. It is the customers’ responsibility to read and understand them, and to select only those items that are safe given their specific dietary needs or restrictions. SHILOH FARMS will not be held responsible for ordered products that do not meet the customers' dietary needs.
GUARANTEED SHELF LIFE: Shiloh Farms guarantees that any product you receive will have an expiration date that is at the minimum two weeks from the date the product is ordered. If you would like to know the specific expiration date of any given product or special circumstances require that you receive product that is dated a specified amount of time into the future, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS: Refunds and replacements are only processed under very specific circumstances and at the discretion of SHILOH FARMS Customer Service. If a customer believes they are entitled to a refund or replacement, they should contact SHILOH FARMS Customer Service within 14 days of delivery. Replacements are for the affected product only; no substitution items will be sent. For any issue after 14 days, customers will receive in-store credit only. If the customer does not have an account, then an account will be established for them to receive the store credit. Defective merchandise should be reported to Customer Service immediately upon delivery. The following conditions are considered defective:
Product was damaged or spoiled during shipping (not including bread items)
Product packaging is not sealed or defective
Product is past expiration or “Best By” date
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES: If you purchase Shiloh Farms or Pure Living products through a third-party retailer, any issues related to refunds, returns, or exchanges must be handled through that retailer. We recommend contacting the third-party retailer directly for assistance with your purchase.
CANCELLATION: If a customer wishes to cancel an order, please contact SHILOH FARMS Customer Service prior to the order being shipped. If the order has already been packed and processed, the customer will incur a 10% re-stocking fee. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, the customer can request authorization to return the item for a refund, minus all shipping costs. Such an allowance will be a that the discretion of SHILOH FARMS Customer Service.
QUALITY ISSUES: Product quality issues may be reported to SHILOH FARMS Customer Service. Please include the Best By Date on the back of the product in question, as well as any additional photos or comments that will help us with our investigation. If you have ordered from SHILOH FARMS Online, a credit will be given for the product in question either as an in-store credit or refund. If you have not ordered directly from Shiloh Farms, we appreciate the information that you provided; however, to obtain a refund or replacement, please contact the retailer where you originally made your purchase.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: SHILOH FARMS does NOT ship items that are out of stock at the time of order processing. Customer Service will alert customers when an item ordered is out of stock and will refund the cost of that product. There are no substitutions for out of stock items.
OUR MISTAKE: Mistakes do happen. If SHILOH FARMS Online has made an error with an order (i.e., sends the wrong item or omits an item), please contact SHILOH FARMS Customer Service within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly do whatever is necessary to make it right.
PRICING: Please be advised that all pricing and shipping fees are subject to change without notification.
CHOCOLATE: We are not responsible for melted chocolate being shipped during warmer months. We have procedures in place to keep chocolate from melting (ice pack, specific shipping days), but cannot guarantee that your chocolate will stay solid during the transit.
ORDER POLICY:
LOCATION: All SHILOH FARMS Online orders are shipped from our warehouse location Syracuse, NY.
ORDER PROCESSING: All SHILOH FARMS Online orders are processed the following business day. Orders should arrive within 2 – 10 business days, depending upon distance and method of shipping selected at checkout.
ORDER PLACEMENT: SHILOH FARMS does not accept any orders via email. Orders must be placed online by the customer or by calling SHILOH FARMS Customer Service directly.
COUPON CODES: Only one coupon code can be used per order. Our website will allow you enter multiple codes, but only the last code entered will be applied.
TRACKING: Customers will receive email confirmation and a tracking number once their order has shipped. It is the customers’ responsibility to make accommodations to receive the packaging in the first delivery attempt.
PAYMENT: SHILOH FARMS Online accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa), as well as PayPal. Payments for SHILOH FARMS Online are processed the SHILOH FARMS parent company, Garden Spot Foods. This is the company name that you will see on your statement.
SHIPPING: SHILOH FARMS Online only ships within the United States and Canada, using FedEx and USPS as its primary carriers. Please review Shipping Methods below:
Continental US: Orders placed within the Continental US are eligible for SHILOH FARMS Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping options. Orders are shipped using FedEx Home Delivery:
FREE SHIPPING – applies to orders over $80 or more; minimum of $80 must be met after all other discounts have been applied.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING – $17.99 flat rate applies to any order totaling less than $80.
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, US Outlying Islands, and APO Boxes: Orders placed to these locations are shipped using the US Postal System. These shipping rates are determined by weight and distance, with quotes provided directly by the carrier prior to checkout. All other expedited shipping rate for SHILOH FARMS Online are determined by weight and distance by the specific carrier. SHILOH FARMS does not set these rates. The customer will be provided with all possible shipping rate during checkout.
(Canadian Customers: All items entering the Canada from the United States are subject to customer inspections and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees. Customers in Canada may be required to pay custom fees upon delivery of their orders. Should a customer refuse to pay these fees, they will not receive the order or any refunds pertaining to it.)
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: All other expedited shipping rate for SHILOH FARMS Online are determined by weight and distance by the specific carrier. SHILOH FARMS does not set these rates. The customer will be provided with all possible shipping rate during checkout.
