Hazelnut Cookies

1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. freshly grated Orange zest
1 cup Flour (sprouted flour or your choice of flour)
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
3/4 cup SHILOH FARMS HAZELNUTS, (toasted, chopped fine,cooled) or substitute for other nuts.

Preheat oven to 325°F.  Combine butter and date sugar.  Mix until smooth. Add vanilla andorange zest. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Stir in butter mixture. Stir in nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on to a greased baking sheet. Bake 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on rack.
