Sweet & nutty, graham flour has a multitude of uses in your kitchen! This coarsely ground flour, named after its creator, Sylvester Graham is stone ground from whole grain hard red spring wheat and retains all the germ, endosperm, and bran. Use in your favorite baked goods for a hearty, whole grain nutritional boost!
Usage: Substitute graham flour for up to 30% of the wheat flour in bread recipes, and up to 50% in other baked goods.
