Coconut Almond Date Bars
Makes about 9 bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. Shiloh Farms Almond Flour
1 1/2 C. Shiloh Farms Organic Rolled Oats or PureLiving Sprouted Rolled Oats
1 tsp. salt
1/4 C. coconut oil
2/3 C. Shiloh Farms Organic Deglet Dates
1/4 C. water
Directions:
1. To make crust, combine flour, oats, salt, and oil in a food processor; pulse until mixture is crumbly
2. Remove from blender and reserve ½ C. for topping; press remaining mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish
3. In a blender or food processor, blend dates with water until thick paste forms
4. Pour date mixture over crust and evenly spread; crumble remaining ½ C. of topping over top
5. Place in refrigerator and allow to chill 2-3 hours, or until set
6. Cut into squares and store in fridge or freezer
