Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Flour
1/4 cup PureLiving Garbanzo Flour
1/2 cup Potato starch
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/4 cup Shiloh Farms GOLDEN FLAX SEED (ground)
2-1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
2 tsp. Active dry Yeast
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
2 Egg Whites
1 cup water or milk
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
Directions:
Combine flours, ground flax, starches, gum, yeast, salt.
In the mixer, combine wet ingredients, then add the dry.
Mix on medium for 4-5 minutes.
Pour into 9 x 5 pan, and let rise to top of pan in turned off
oven (about 80 minutes). Bake at 350°F for about 40
minutes. Remove from pan, cool, and slice.
