CHIA PUDDING WTIH TOPPINGS

INGREDIENTS:

4 Tablespoons Shiloh Farms Black Chia Seeds [item # SFM588] or Shiloh Farms White Chia Seeds [item # SFM697] or PureLiving Sprouted Chia Seeds [item # SFM654]

1 Cup milk of your choice

1/2 Tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice

1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Toppings of your choice:

Fresh fruit

Granola

Nut Butter

Nuts

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a bowl or mason jar, stir together chia seeds, milk of your choice, sweetener of your choice, and vanilla.

2. Once well combined, let mixture sit for 5 minutes and then give it another stir/shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

3. Cover and put in fridge to set for at least 1 to 2 hours, or overnight.

*If chia pudding is not thick, add more chia seeds (1 Tablespoon at a time), stir and refrigerate an additional 30 minutes.

Chia pudding can be store for up to 5 to 7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
