Product Description
SHILOH FARMS Apple Butter uses only tree-ripened apples and fresh pressed cider to preserve the Natural Flavor and Wholesome Goodness in this Home-style Apple Butter.

The apples are thoroughly washed. Then the whole apple, including the skin, is ground up and put into a pressure cooker and cooked for 1 1/2 hours. The apples are then run through a pulper to remove seeds and stems, then placed into finishing kettles. No preservatives are used in processing - just apples. Apple cider is added and cooked at 190 degrees to pasteurized - the apple butter is bottled hot and cooled in the jars.
Storage: For best results - store opened jar of apple butter in the freezer, using as needed. The Shiloh Farms Apple Butter has proven to last until the last drop with the same fantastic quality and taste.
Shelf Life: 3 years unopened date code (first digit is year, next 3 digits are the code for the day it was made)
Apple Butter is processed in a Nut Free environment
Country of Origin: USA
Ingredients: Red Delicious with some Yellow Delicious, Staymen, and Yorks

Better than homemade!

Really! I am a good cook, and I can make really good apple butter, but this is BETTER than mine. No added sugars, no spices, just apples and apple cider.

I love the fact that there is no added sugar and that it is natural.

I love the taste and consistency. The flavor is wonderful and I am able to eat it since it does not contain added sugars or spices.

My husband is very picky and he loved the Shiloh Farms Apple Butter! And so did I! The only ingredients are apples and apple cider. So good on a hot biscuit!
