Almond-Raisin Quinoa Granola
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients:
1 cup SHILOH FARMS Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
½ cup SHILOH FARMS Tri-Color Quinoa or PureLiving Organic Sprouted Quinoa, rinsed
2 Tbsp. SHILOH FARMS Black Chia Seeds
½ cup SHILOH FARMS Sliced Almonds
½ cup SHILOH FARMS Thompson Seedless
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. SHILOH FARMS Raw Alfalfa Honey
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup coconut oil, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 225°
2. In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (through cinnamon) and stir to incorporate
3. In separate bowl, whisk together honey, applesauce, and oil; add to dry ingredients and mix well
4. Spoon mixture onto greased cookie sheet and spread into a thin, even layer
5. Bake in preheated oven 60 minutes or until golden; remove from oven and break into chunks as desired
