Tabouli Burger

1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Bulghur Wheat
3/4 cup hot Water
1 Tomato, diced
2 Scallions, sliced thin
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1/2 Cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 cup chopped Parsley
1/4 cup fresh Mint
2 Tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions: 

Roasting the bulgur first until it turns a slightly deeper shade of brown, may heighten the aromatic nutty flavor.  Simmer the Bulgur in water about 30 minutes or until water is absorbed. 

Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.  Chill before serving and garnish with Olives if desired.   Serves about 4 to 6 portions.
