1/2 cup Oil
3/4 cup Honey
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Shiloh Farms FINE BRAN
1 cup Shiloh Farms Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Shiloh Farms Raisins
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Chopped Nuts
Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix together the wet ingredients. Combine the bran, flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, add the raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a rack. Yields about 36 cookies.
