Date Cookie Filling

Ingredient: 
3 Tbsp. Honey
5 Tbsp. boiling Water
1/2 tsp. grated Lemon rind
2 tsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. Butter
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
1 cup SHILOH FARMS DEGLET DATES, diced

Directions: 
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except dates. Stir over low heat until thickened.Add diced dates and stir a few minutes to soften.Use for stuffing dates or as a filling in cookies.
