Chia Porridge

1 Tbsp. of SHILOH FARMS WHITE CHIA SEEDS
5 Tbsp. of Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
1/2 of one banana, sliced
1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. of Agave Nectar
5 chopped Shiloh Farms Walnuts
1 ounce of coconut milk (optional)

Directions:      Bring one cup of water to a boil.  Add rolled oats to the water and lower heat to  simmer for about 5 minutes or until you get a nice texture. Add rest of ingredients and serve with coconut milk poured over it.
