1 cup Butter, softened
1-1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
2 Fresh Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1-1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
2 cups Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
1- 6 oz. pkg. SHILOH FARMS DRIED BING CHERRIES, chopped
1 cup Carob chips
Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Stir in oats, chips and cherries; mix well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
