Apple Cranberry Muffins

Apple Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients: 
1 3/4 cups Shiloh Farms Flour
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Toasted Wheat Germ
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2/3 cup evaporated Milk
1/3 cup Apple Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Egg
1 1/4 cups Raw Apples, chopped
3/4 cup SHILOH FARMS ORGANIC DRIED CRANBERRIES, Chopped

Directions:    Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Combine first five ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add milk, juice, oil, and egg. Mix to a moist consistancy.  Add apples and cranberries.
 
Fill muffin tins to 3/4 full.  Sprinkle with a cinnamon/sugar mixture.  Bake 14 to 16 minutes. Cool on wire rack for a few minutes.  Makes 12 muffins
